Creating a Mission Group

  1. Open your settings.

  1. Select the “Mission Groups” tab.

  1. Select “New Group.”

  1. Name your group so it makes sense for your operation. Whether it is mutual aid, a specific incident, or an admin team that always needs to be notified, a clear name makes it easy to pick the right group later.

  1. Add the names, emails, or phone numbers of the people you want to notify. People in your workspace can be searched by name, or you can create contacts to find them faster.
